About our Chef Brian is an honors graduate of San Francisco's prestigious California Culinary Academy. His restaurant experience includes such top San Francisco locations as: Millennium, Globe, and Jack's. The years spent at Millennium (a worldwide renowned vegan restaurant) gives him special experience and knowledge of healthy spa cuisine. Brian also worked in the catering department of two 5-Star hotels: The Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco and the Pan Pacific Hotel. After moving to Petaluma, he opened the Petaluma Sheraton as Catering Manager before launching Sonoma Private Chef . |
